Are you open to the public?

Yes we are! You don't need a seller's permit to buy from us, but having one would deduct the tax from any purchases you make at United Flowers. It is your responsibility to tell the cashiers that you have a seller’s permit, we cannot refund taxes once charged.

 

Quantities

We do not sell cut flowers or greenery individually. All of our products are priced by the bunch and we do not separate bunches into smaller quantities for customers. Our roses come in packs of 25. You may only see 12 on the top but there's another layer underneath when you remove the cardboard.

 

Discounts

You can get 10% off if you buy 10 or more non-perishable items from us (wrapping paper, vases, etc). Other than that, you would need a seller’s permit to remove tax.

 

Shipping

Shipping times depend on what option you choose at checkout. This is on top of the processing time of 1-3 days on our end (or more around high-traffic holidays like Mother’s Day/Valentine’s Day).

Once the package leaves the store, the courier is responsible for delivery, not United Flowers. If you want to know when your package will arrive, please contact the courier or refer to the tracking number emailed to you after 1-3 days processing time.

 

Non-Holiday Orders

Order rules may differ for holidays (if we’re taking orders at all) and special seasonal items (such as graduation leis) Minimum order total is $50. We only take orders that are at least 7 days before the pickup date. If you have a large order or need very specific items/colors, please tell us 2 weeks in advance.

A deposit of at least half of your order total is required upon placing an order. No deposit, no order. Any changes to your order must be made 7 days before the pickup date. Please avoid changing your order multiple times.

Please bring your receipt with you when you pick up. Items that are not on our normal shipments (seasonal products, etc.) are not guaranteed. You may still place the order and we’ll look for them, but be warned that we may not get them. You can come to the shop or call in your order at (909) 990-8300. Please do not text your order or place orders through DMs on social media.
