Refunds and Exchanges

  • Since flowers and greenery are delicate perishable items, we can only offer full refunds on these items within 2 hours of purchase. We cannot issue refunds for perishable items after that. However, depending on the circumstances, we may issue store credit. Any store credit given must be used within 30 days of the issuing date
  • Exchanges on fresh flowers and greenery are only accepted if:
    • Product is returned to the store within the same business day if the customer changes their mind
    • The product has been damaged during shipping to the store
    • Customers must call or text us within 24 hours to let us know their product is flawed and that they intend to exchange it.
    • Product is returned to the store with its original packaging, even if opened. All stems must be brought back.
  • It is the customer’s duty to care for the flowers they purchased from us by cutting and putting them in water. If roses are fresh out of the box, they need at least 3 hours to soak in water before removing cardboard. Any flowers that have not been properly cared for will not be accepted for exchange.
  • Non-perishables may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of purchase date if unopened and in the original packaging.
